Harry C. Rosenberg, Chairman
Mr. Rosenberg has been serving the surety bond requirements of a long list of distinguished clients for more than 40 years; they include Fortune 500 companies, ENR listed construction managers, contractors of all types and sizes, companies requiring a variety of miscellaneous bonds, law firms, and corporations transacting business in the international market.
He has lectured extensively, educating contractors, insurance agents, bankers, accountants, lawyers, various trade associations, insurance company personnel, and was an instructor for the Insurance Society of Philadelphia where he taught an "Advanced Bonding" class.
Harry was recently appointed by the GBCA to serve on the AGC Surety Committee. Also, he was a Director of The National Association of Surety Bond Producers for two terms and a Regional Vice President for four years. In addition, Harry has served as an elected public official in local government. Other civic endeavors include serving as President of the Rotary Foundation of Philadelphia and as a Vice President of The Union League of Philadelphia. Mr. Rosenberg graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. and served in the United States Army's Intelligence Branch.

Chad Rosenberg, Principal
Chad Rosenberg is a Principal of Rosenberg & Parker where he oversees client and surety relations as well as marketing and technology. Chad has over 20 years of experience as a surety underwriter and broker.
Mr. Rosenberg began his career with Reliance Surety Company and held underwriting positions in the home office in Philadelphia, and in offices in Seattle and Sacramento.
Chad writes bonds for publicly traded and privately held corporations in the energy, manufacturing, construction, technology, environmental, and waste hauling industries, and many other companies with surety requirements. In 2006, he was named as a "Power Broker" for the technology industry by Risk & Insurance Magazine.
Chad obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Virginia. He is a past president of his local Rotary Club and currently serves on the Rotary Youth Exchange Committee. The father of five children, Chad and his wife Jennifer reside in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. When not writing bonds, Chad enjoys untangling his fly line from the trees and bushes surrounding trout streams throughout the United States.

Matthew J. Rosenberg, Principal
Matthew J. Rosenberg is a Principal of Rosenberg & Parker in King of Prussia, PA. He oversees client and surety relations as well as internal business practices. He has over 15 years of experience as a broker and a surety underwriter.
He began his career with Reliance Surety Company in 1990 and worked in various home and branch office positions in Philadelphia, Seattle & New York. Following Reliance Matt worked for American International Group (AIG) in the Home Office of the Surety Department in New York City. Before joining Rosenberg & Parker, he worked with United States Fidelity & Guaranty (USF&G) in its International Bond Department.
Matt writes bonds for both publicly traded and privately held corporations in the energy, manufacturing, construction, technology, environmental and waste hauling industries, as well as for many other companies with bonding requirements.
Matt has presented on the topic of surety to many Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS) chapters from Connecticut to Florida to Hawaii. He was moderator & speaker for the RIMS National Conference in 2005 & 2006. He has also presented to other associations, corporations, and government agencies.
Matt has been active with the American Red Cross since 1995, and has been elected to serve on the Southeastern PA Chapter board. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia, and has served as President of the Philadelphia Alumni Chapter. Matt resides in Malvern, PA with his wife, Kiki, and their three daughters.

David A. Johnson, Vice President
Dave joined Rosenberg & Parker in June of 2000. He brings over 25 years of experience in surety bonding having held key home office and field positions with The Hartford Insurance Group. His most recent position was Manager of the Pennsylvania Bond Department for The Hartford.
Dave has made a number of presentations to industry groups on bond related topics. He is an active member of The General Building Contractors Association (GBCA), the Utility and Transportation Contractors Association (UTCA), and the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC).
During his career, Dave has worked with hundreds of contractors of all sizes and types. His experience and insights continue to make him a valuable resource and advocate for many of these contractors.
Dave graduated from Denison University with a BA and later received his MBA from New York University.

Sheila E. Thompson, CIP, President
Sheila E. Thompson is the President of Rosenberg & Parker of Canada, Inc. With over 20 years experience as an underwriter and as a broker, she will oversee client and surety relations in the new office.
Sheila began her surety career as a summer student with Harry Price, Hilborn (eventually purchased by Marsh & McLennan). She expanded her horizons as an underwriter with Chateau Insurance Company and joined Morris & Mackenzie, a privately held insurance and surety broker, in 1985. In 2007, Morris & Mackenzie was purchased by Hunter Keilty Muntz & Beatty, where Sheila was Vice President, Surety, responsible for staffing and operations of the surety department. She remained in this position when HKMB was eventually purchased by HUB in 2008.
Sheila has her Principal Broker’s license with the Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario. She has written bonds for both publicly traded and privately held corporations in the construction, manufacturing, energy savings, technology, environmental and waste hauling industries, as well as for many other companies with bonding requirements.
In addition to being the Director and Treasurer of the Canadian Association of Women in Construction, Sheila is a member of the Toronto Construction Association (TCA) and The Risk and Insurance Management Society of Canada (RIMS Canada). She is the past chair of the Surety Association of Canada’s Ontario and Education Committees and currently sits on the Ontario Committee. She is the only broker representative on the Canadian Construction Documents Committee’s Surety Subcommittee.
Sheila graduated from Trinity College, University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Additionally, she has taken many surety, credit, insurance and management related courses including Dun & Bradstreet’s Credit and Financial Analysis Course and the National Association of Surety Bond Producers Level II Surety School. She is also trained to facilitate courses on Excellent Customer Service and has taught the subject to her previous staff.
Sheila lives in Toronto with her husband, James, and their two sons. She is an active volunteer at her church.
