Human Resources Generalist

  • Handles a broad range of human resources responsibilities within Rosenberg & Parker and is the primary point of contact for employees and management regarding HR-related inquiries

  • Oversees the recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Administers employee benefits programs and manages employee relations

  • Ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies through policy development and enforcement

  • Sits as a member of the SureVision Committee, which is Rosenberg & Parker’s culture committee; this committee plays a key role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting organizational culture

  • Lauren began her career in various Executive Assistant roles, which brought her to Rosenberg & Parker where she assisted Chairman Harry C. Rosenberg and President Matthew J. Rosenberg

  • Graduated from the George Washington University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a minor in Psychology; earned a certificate in Human Resources from Villanova University

  • In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, attending sporting events and concerts.
