Lauren S. Brody, SHRM-CP

Human Resources Generalist

Handles a broad range of human resources responsibilities within Rosenberg & Parker and is the primary point of contact for employees and management regarding HR-related inquiries
Oversees the recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
Administers employee benefits programs and manages employee relations
Ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies through policy development and enforcement
Sits as a member of the SureVision Committee, which is Rosenberg & Parker’s culture committee; this committee plays a key role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting organizational culture
Lauren began her career in various Executive Assistant roles, which brought her to Rosenberg & Parker where she assisted Chairman Harry C. Rosenberg and President Matthew J. Rosenberg
Graduated from the George Washington University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a minor in Psychology; earned a certificate in Human Resources from Villanova University
In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, attending sporting events and concerts.
