Responsible for leading the accounting and finance team to support the strategic direction of the firm while managing risk
Works alongside firm leadership to bring financial rigor to R&P’s biggest opportunities
Maintains R&P’s finance infrastructure — systems, controls, reporting, and business planning — positioning the firm for its next chapter of growth
Over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, with roots in public accounting and experience connecting finance and strategy
CPA and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Construction Financial Managers Association (CFMA)
When he’s not at the office, you’ll find Mike cheering on his kids at their sporting events, spending time at the Jersey Shore, or optimistically rooting for Philadelphia’s sports teams
