R&P Giving Committee | Types of Support

Rosenberg & Parker will engage in the following types of charitable contributions:

• Monetary Donations: Direct financial contributions to qualified non-profit organizations.
  
  
• In-Kind Donations: Contributions of goods or services to support specific projects or community needs.
  
  
• Employee Matching Program: Matching employee donations to eligible non-profit organizations to encourage personal giving.
  
  
• Volunteerism: Supporting employees in volunteer efforts through paid volunteer hours (VTO) or by organizing company-wide volunteer days.
  
  
• Scholarships, Sponsorships and Grants: Offering academic scholarships, sponsorships to events, or grants to non-profits that align with our business and charitable priorities.
